When you choose to purchase Trent Mitchell Edition artworks you are subject to the following terms and conditions. It’s advised you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

How are the works produced and where?

All work is proudly produced in Australia using only the very best available practices and materials.

All works are printed and framed to the highest of standards and delivered to your door with the utmost of care.

Archival pigment printing is used to create museum grade artworks to last a lifetime through industry standard printing techniques used across museums and galleries world wide.

All prints are reproduced on 315 gsm 100% Cotton Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta. The exquisite surface texture gives the paper a lovely, delicate feel while at the same time lending it an artistic note. It’s a beautiful and luxurious museum grade paper which offers deep rich blacks, great definition and outstanding colour with a semi gloss finish.

More knowledge on the editions?

All open edition artworks are reproduced and are unsigned with an additional minimal white border to allow for custom framing. They are reproduced in unlimited numbers without exclusivity.

Each limited edition artwork comes with a Signed Certificate of Authenticity and are exclusively limited to a collection of 10 prints reproductions in total, worldwide in perpetuity.

Exclusive single edition artworks come with a Signed Certificate of Authenticity and are limited one reproduction only, worldwide in perpetuity.

Can framing be provided for Australian collectors?

Yes, fine prints can be custom framed for Australian residents only, please inquire for more details at hello@trentmitchell.com

Its recommended international collectors have their artwork framed locally.

Where can you ship artwork?

All artwork, fine prints, framed pieces and publications can be shipped Australia wide.

Only fine prints and publications are available to be shipped worldwide.


What are the expected delivery times for the artwork?

For prints please allow up to 14 days for Australia wide delivery and up to 21 days for international delivery.

Publications are more timely, please allow up to 7 days for Australia wide delivery and up to 14 days for international delivery.

Custom framed work is estimated on demand and a case by case basis, please inquire via hello@trentmitchell.com

Returns

Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.

If you have ordered an art print and wish to upgrade to a different size, please get in touch at hello@trentmitchell.com

Faulty Items and Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatching and packaged with care.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit please contact hello@trentmitchell.com

Include your order number and a replacement will be arranged for you.

Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel, with any returns to be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days.

All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the industrial tubes or packaging.

Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer.

Where we are at fault we will cover any addition postage costs.

Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by Blacklist Studio, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately.

What about international taxes and duties?

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

What are the usage terms for the work?

All artwork is for personal usage only, intended for display in the home or other private spaces. For all other uses, such as display in public spaces or institutions, publishing the image online or in print, or any other form of usage, permission must be granted by Trent Mitchell.
